Where is The ICON Hotel located?

The ICON Hotel is located in the heart of Luton at 15 Stuart Street, Luton, LU1 2SA, just minutes from Luton Airport and the railway station.

How do I get to the hotel from Luton Airport?

By taxi: Approximately 10–15 minutes from the airport (We can recommend
companies)

By train: Take the shuttle bus or taxi to Luton Parkway station, then a short taxi ride to the hotel.

Driving: Directions are available on our website, and on-site parking options are limited — please check availability in advance.

Is parking available at the hotel?

We do not have direct parking on site however plenty of external parking options are available which we are able to signpost you too, however advance booking is recommended.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

Are the rooms accessible for guests with disabilities?

Yes, we have a number of accessible rooms. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific requirements so we can ensure the most suitable room is allocated.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

Yes upon request, well behaved pets are allowed in addition to registered assistance dogs in specifically allocated rooms. Please notify us in advance if you are travelling with an assistance animal.

Can I make a booking online or by phone?

Yes, you can book directly via our website, by phone, or by email. Payment details are required to confirm the booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Flexible bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.

Late cancellations or no-shows: Charged the equivalent of one night’s stay.

Non-refundable/advance bookings: Full payment is taken at booking a small amendment window of 2 hours exists after which this payment cannot be refunded.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) Payment is required at check-in or at the time of booking, depending on the rate selected. We do not accept cash for any payments.

Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for all guests.

Can I request a specific room?

Yes, special requests (e.g, room location, children’s cots, well behaved pets etc) can be made at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Do you provide luggage storage?

Yes, we offer temporary luggage storage for guests arriving before check-in or departing after check-out.

Is the hotel safe for solo guests?

Absolutely. The ICON Hotel has secure entry points, CCTV in public areas, and staff on-site 24/7 to ensure guest safety.
